Credit card theft! Ripoff!

I ordered some VW parts in nov. Never recieved them... Got the same back order email, (its a stock email they send out when you email them) then i cancelled my order and got my cancelation notice. But the money never showed back up in my checking account. All though they are quick enough to take the money out they refuse to put it back in my account.

Its been 2 months since i cancelled my order and i havent recieved so much as an email (except the one they send saying "it may 30 days...") i have threatened legal action tried finding a phone # ive done everything in my power aside from driving 20 hours to kick their asses personally! If anyone gets their money back TELL ME HOW YOU DID IT!
