Ripoff on labor charges and overcharged for services

I took my snow blower in to be repaired. The left auger blade was not turning. They told me it would be about a week and $130 to be fixed. After two weeks went by the total was $153.27 and they added a skid shoe to the repair without my permission. I got the machine home and the blower bolts were not tight and the machine fell apart. "I" put the machine back together to get it to run. The snow was not being pulled into the machine and after looking more into it the auger blades were put in backwards. I took the machine back in and they fixed thier errors. I requested a refund of some of the labor costs. They told me no because they are fixing it. This is not setting well with me and I will never use them for services again. They are a rip off company...
