7-Hour Wait, Falsely Accused of Threatening Staff Over an Oil Change

I made an online appointment on 4/18/26 for an oil change and brake check at 9:30 a.m. After waiting all day, I went back to check on my car at 4:30 p.m. I was told it had not been serviced yet. I was then brought to the shop area to speak with a person at the desk. I was informed that he was finding tires for my car. I had told him I just wanted an oil change. I pointed to my car on the lift with my right hand and said, "Please just change my oil." At that point, he claimed I threatened him by raising my hand. I am left-handed.

I went back to the showroom and talked with the manager. He then told me that the person has anger management problems and this was not the first time this has happened. I have been going to this location since it was built. I have two cars that will not be going there anymore unless this guy goes. I don't want an angry person near me or my car. I am afraid my car will be messed with.
