Mavis Discount Tires
Tire Price Charged Was $100 Higher Than Quoted

I called and was quoted a price for a tire. I went to Mavis in Selden, NY. At the shop, I was told I had been given the wrong price and that they did not have a tire to fit. Amazingly, they said they would help me and found a tire at a lower price.

At the time to pay, the price was $100 more than I was told. Upon looking at the receipt, I noticed I was charged twice for mounting and balancing. The salesman opened the register and handed me $25, not the full amount that would have included tax. Nor was I asked to place the return on my credit card.
