Billed After Totaled Car Despite Insurance Payout and GAP

The car was totaled in an accident, and the insurance paid the full amount. Chase claims I still owe them money, even though the loan was paid up to date. There is also GAP insurance on leased autos from Chase, but they won't honor their own insurance. They just want money, and there is no customer service.
