Repossess our car

We bought a 2008 Chevy Impala from Cactus Jacks in 2023. Our payments were supposed to be $342.00 a month for 3 years, but that changed in the first month. They altered the contract to require 2 payments a month at $848.00. We are both 69 years old and only receive one check each month, and they took almost all of one every month.

They never gave us a copy of the contract and told us it was for a year. In October, they said I only had one more payment to make in November. I made that payment and thought we were done. Last week, on February 9, 2025, they repossessed our car in the middle of the night.

When I called, the representative I spoke to told me that we still owed $3,500 on it and that was how it was, like it or not. They never said anything in the 3 1/2 months, and then they came and took it. They are nothing but liars.
