Paint damage found on my car after a service visit

I dropped my car off at Lincoln for service in good condition as far as the body and paint. It was there for a day or two. The day I picked my car up I noticed that the hood, bumper and the front side looked like something had spilled or sprayed on the front of the car. I talked to the service guy about the issue. He tried to put some wax on a small area to see if it would come off, but that didn't work, so he said I could talk to his manager, and the following day I did.

From his point of view he didn't know what was done to the car, so that day he refused to do anything until I went back and talked to him. He told me to drop the car off the next day so he could take it to the body shop to get buffed, but on my return they didn't touch the car because he said they couldn't do anything due to the paint. So I decided to call the owner, but that didn't go well because he hung the phone up while my fiance was talking to him. Bad business, so I need some assistance or a letter to the company.
