2013 Jeep Compass excessive creaking

I bought my Jeep new from Bob Mariano. I took it there for service, new tires, etc. I took it to them on June 8 for an oil change and also due to the fact that it was creaking like it needed MAJOR lubrication. When I mentioned the creaking, I suggested that maybe it needed to be lubed. I was told that they come pre-lubed and it wouldn't be necessary. They changed my oil and put new tires on it. I picked it up and noticed the creaking was gone. (At this point, I was close to be out of warranty.) The creaking returned over time until it was the same as before.By now, I was thinking that this Jeep was just a piece of junk. I was no longer under warranty so took it to Carlson's Motor Sales who I have had great service with in the past. (Unfortunately, Carlson's lost their status as a Chrysler dealership a few years back with Bob Mariano maintaining their status.) Carlson's knew what the problem was immediately when they heard the creaking. They told me that I should contact Chrysler as this should have been recognized back in June. Prior to doing that, I called Mariano's and explained my situation and asked that they fix this problem and honor my warranty as this sound was heard by them in June. I was initially feeling that they would take care of this when I spoke with Ken at Mariano. I took it in, they diagnosed the problem as a left rear control arm bushing failure according to the paperwork. When they completed the work, Steve called me and told me that I needed to pay $100 when I picked it up. On the paperwork, they note that I acknowledged receiving an original estimate of $100. That is not true. I wasn't aware of this until Steve called to let me know that my car was done and that I owed him $100. When I protested, he became very rude. I told him that I would not likely buy another vehicle from them and he replied by saying that it was my choice. Bad business. I really never felt good about doing business with them especially after receiving top notch service from Carlson's for many years. I never felt cheated, disrespected or concerned about taking my car to them. As for Bob Mariano, I will never again purchase a vehicle from them because I felt cheated, disrespected and concerned about my business dealings with them. I would only like to get my $100 back and for Chrysler to know that they allowed the wrong Chrysler dealer to maintain the dealership. Carlson Motors is a very well respected company and I will buy used vehicles from them before I would ever set foot back on Mariano property. I don't trust them.
