Car towed despite envelope left in the box as required

Wanted to complain about ww parking lot inc. At 00:00 on 8/23 I decided to use a parking space of this company in Minneapolis. Once I came back 2 hours later, my car was towed away, although I have filled in the envelope and sealed it with my number plate and a model of the car and have put them into a yellow box provided at the gates (as was required in accordance with the rules). Calling the owners wasn't helpful, as their reply was that I hadn't paid the fee. They simply said that they hadn't seen my envelope in the box provided. Now the company wants to charge me a fee of over $220 for towing the car. I will not use that parking again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Apparently it is a new company, and from the complaints I have read, it's not the first time they have done this to customers. (118 North Washington Avenue)
