Attendant name is Tim, from the Mira Mesa and West View San Diego store. I asked him why he refused to accept my $40 in quarters. He said he just did not want it. I asked again if that is Shell policy and he said no, that is his policy. Is this the kind of employee you hire, a rude and lazy person? I recorded our conversation (voice).
