Car broke down weeks after purchase, dealer wants payment

Don't buy a car from those rude people. They sold a car knowing something was wrong with the engine. I got the car June 4 and made my first car payment July 2, and the car broke down July 18. I took it back, and my husband told them the timer chain had to be pulled. The next day I called, and they said it would cost me over $1000 to fix the engine. They won't touch it until I pay half next month plus my car note, and the rest when I get the car back. I said no way am I doing that, when he has not even dropped the motor to see if that was the problem. While I was there, Suzanne was so rude, and so was the other guy.

I have not even driven the car for a month on the payment I made July 2, and now they are saying to pay my car note. I am a disabled person and I have missed 2 doctor appointments for not having my car. But it is good, because I am filing a consumer lawsuit against them as we speak. Those people are a rip off and a scam. Don't buy a car from them.
