I completed a Tapjoy offer in Castle Clash with All Slots Casino and did everything they asked. After waiting two days, I contacted Tapjoy support and started chatting to resolve the issue. I started chatting directly with the casino and they escalated my issue to their promotion team. Finally, the promotion team, after investigation, told me I had met all the requirements and told me to contact Tapjoy again, which I did. But now Tapjoy is ignoring my e-mail and I have received nothing in 3 days...
