Took advantage of inexperienced daughte

Daughter took care to Jiffy Lube Monroe, WA for simple oil change. Sign said 29.99 yet was charged 37.99 for their "Signature Service" plus and additional 24.99 for high mileage oil. Total bill 92.28. Was this explained to her? Well maybe but when calling them on it later that night the Asst Manger remembered her and while did not admit taking advantage of my daughter did admit that he did not communicate all the charges to her. I requested a free oil change next time and he agreed. I go in to collect my 'coupon' and the next asst manager would not give it to me. "it was not their policy" to take care of the customers. I will be filing complaints at the national level of Jiffy Lube and with the real Manager. If I can find one at this store.
