I had my belongings shipped from A2, MI to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Don't be afraid to negotiate the quote process. Call and talk to a person to get the best rate. My overall experience was GREAT. I experienced excellent customer service, timely communication and on-time delivery. Everything was delivered to my final destination in the same condition I packed it in. If you're not comfortable packing a PODs container, hire someone who is. That's not something you want to get wrong. My only complain was that I couldn't set the time of day for my final drop off... I was more than a little bummed that they couldn't get there before 6pm on a Saturday... Not the best time of day to think about unpacking.
