U Haul U-box pods

I used this service to move my belongings across the county. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The way the U-box service is set up you are unable to talk to ANYONE in the corporate U haul office that can answer any of your questions including where you're boxes are. I was told by one corporate employee that my boxes were in California when in fact they were still in Florida. You are expected to line everything up with the individual U haul offices some of which are much less organized than others. The location that took my delivery in Florida deleted my online account to mange my service because they accepted the boxes (full of my belongings) as empty to their facility. The facility in California took over 2 weeks after calling to set up delivery before they emailed about delivery, and that only happened after I called several more times. The most frustrating part of it all was the complete lack of understanding or caring from the corporate employees I talked to. I was told one employee that no one was available at that time to speak to me and I would get a call back in 10 minutes when someone was available. I needless to say did not get a call back and when I called them back after the 10 minute period the office was closed for the day.incredible unprofessional and I would not trust them with moving ANYTHING in the future.
