Flowers ordered online.- from you flowers.com - FLOWERS AND BILL ME LATER

This company should be taken off the website. 2 orders placed within the last week and one order was delievered late and nothing like the arrangement I ordered. The 2nd order never arrived and then was promised by Jeff the Supervisor that the order would be upgraded and delievered the following day and that wasnt done. This company should not be allowed to protray themselves online like they are top ranked because they are far from it. I will never order from them again. I am still waiting for my refund.
