Car Inspection - Jiffy Lube Signature Oil Change

I waited 1-HOUR for them to look at the NEW windshield I had installed 2-minuites earlier and sign off on the inspection and they only had one other customer there on 9/05 @ 2.00PM. It wasn't until I threated to leave that they took care of me. They had 5 people changing the oil of the other customer and the so called manager was on his cell phone the entire time I was there. I would NEVER return to this location even if the service was FREE. There was only one person that shouldn't be fired and he went to lunch as soon as I arrived. #worst jiffy lube in the country
