The flowers I ordered arrived on time and y mother liked them.
BUT, I ordered 2 balloons and they were not included. Also, them message card I completed online was not included and my mother had no idea who sent the flowers.
I was charged $11.98 plus tax for the 2 balloons and want $13.54 credited to my credit card.
So far I have called Bloomex twiuce and there is no one at customer service. I tried their "Live ONline Help" but they have no operator available at midday on a Friday.
