On Independence ripoff and cannot fix there cars and dishonest

I was looking for a new car and my mom and I went to KIA, to my dismay. I did know I had bad credit but I thought they would let me be on the contract. Well to my dismay I am not so I had to put the car in my moms name, now they, the finance company, is telling me that is illegal and I am breaking the straw law. Ok the dealrship knew who was going to be driving and making the payments. So they should be at fault right? No, they say I complain too much and Need to get the car in my name OK.

Now the real problem is when I take the car in to be serviced they tell me I have a lot of work to be done and they have to hold the car OK I say but can I get a loaner? No is the answer and do you think the service men know what they are doing? Really the answer is no. I have had my 2002 Kia Spectra in the shop over 10 times. The first was the engine light came on of course the mechanic told me if you do not close the gas cap tight the light will come on. OK what kind of crap is that? Well, after taking it back a second time the spark plug had blown out and the crack in the gas nipple. Do we see the problem with the car this is in the first year. Now the second year was the year of 8 visits including having to replace a strut. Ok the car is now a year and a half I thought it took a lot longer for those to go bad. Not to mention the small things charge phone no radio, You turn on the AC what happened to my power, the constant shaking even when you have you wheels balanced, rotated, alighned.

So to my dismay the insurance has rated my poor car as the poorest vehicle and at 40 miles you will sustain injuries. So I wrote Kia to see if they would put me in something safer and the CSR told me to trade out they don't care. Now what do you think about the company who says they want their customers to be happy.
