Ford focus 2012 rust issue after 8 months - ford focus

My 2012 Focus SE 9000km bought dec. 12 2012 brand new at McAlpine Ford, had a leaking valve cover gasket replaced, paint bubbling on the trunk lid now has rust between the rear window and trunk and my tranny was good for the first 5000km, now is shuddering like there is no tomorrow when it shifts from 1st to 2nd going up hill (the whole cars shakes to the point that the mirror fell off).
The car has been at the dealer 5 times.
I have 8 months old car with 9000km that has been at the body shop twice for rust and tranny is starting to fail.
