From You Flowers Suck! Did Not Deliver! Even paid extra for early delivery. - "Flowers of the Day", they didn't even have to be a special type

I googled next day delivery and " From You Flowers " came up. I ordered at 10pm and even paid extra to have them there by 12pm. I called customer service at 9am to ask if they would let me know when they were delivered and they said yes, I would get an email with the confirmation. I work nights and didn't get the email until 6pm. "Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a florist able to complete the delivery." I am so pissed off, why couldn't they say that at 9am when I called. I could have used another service. They offered to send them in two days??? No discount or upgrade offered. I don't know what they could offer me to change my mind about them short of giving an order for free... I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered because I would have used someone else.
