NTB ruined my front rotors so I would by new ones

I bought news tires from NTB and the 3 year free balance and alignment. I was having no problem with my car when I went in 6 months later to have the tires rotated, car alignment and tires balanced. I had to take it back next day because I had pulsing in the pedal and steering wheel. They worked on it again, but did not help it. I had a friend that works for Grismer look at them and he said it looks really stange. The rotors had a groove just half way
around them. Brakes were fine. I had to get new rotors. I have no doubt that NTB put the grooves in my rotors hoping I would come back for new ones. I want my 3 year plan for free alignment, tire rotation and balances refunded. I will never go back to a NTB
