Ripoff Falty Parts Poor Mechanicle Service Bad Customer Service

I wanted a suspension kit that was not the regular 6" lift and Autostyle suggested the 8" Fabtech Suspension Kit. They installed the kit and eveything was great. Six months later problems came about.

I went to Autostyle six months after having the kit installed with problems in the front end. Tires were a little wabbly and it was hard to drive at mid range speeds so I brought it to Autostyle to have them fix the problem. After having my truck for half the day my dad and brother went to pick it up only to here that there was no problem found. My dad was in shock and couldnt beleive it. So my brother drove my truck home at a rate of 5-10mph. A few days later I had a chance to bring it to another machanic and with in an hour he called me to let me know that the Pitarm is so stretched and loose that each tire could be pushed out about 6 inches in opposite directions. A major problem that any mechanic should have found.

Next I was pulling a boat out of a local lake and my tie rods busted causing me to have no steering control. I had no way of driving my truck so I had to call a tow truck that cost me $4,800 that is another problem, (Never use AAA, or Catch 22 Towing) I had my trcuk towed directly to Autostyle. The next morning I talked to the owner of Autostyle Scott Magneson and I was a litte upset that he was not wiiling to do anything. We finally came to an agreement of a new kit for $1,000.00 by the end of him fixing my truck my cost are now $2,000.00. So much for a mans words. He never gave me money back on my Fabtech kit even though every part was there and practicly new. So now I am stuck with 2 kits, one on my truck and one in a box in my garage that I can do nothing with. I am out $3,000.00 for nothing because he wanted to charge me twice for the same service that he already was supposed to do for me the right way. He is a Bussiness man that is looking to make money no matter how he gets it, so just be aware.
