Kapruka, mobile phone reload service, useless - Etisalat prepaid reload

Ordered a reload for a mobile phone while traveling in Sri Lanka. They advertise that it takes a "few seconds". Well, I ordered on a Saturday and by Tuesday still order "In progress" even after two unanswered emails. Don't waste you time, there is no "service" at this service company.
