Birthday Cake and Snacks Delivered Were Inedible

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday. The cake was delivered on the same day as I requested, but it was very bad. I ordered a really nice cake shown on their web site, the Galadari Ribbon Cake. It cost me 32.18 AUD, and I also ordered some short eats. Everyone in the birthday party said it was not edible, and the short eats were the same. The cat in our house also refused to eat that horrible food. I sent an email to them and one person replied that they would investigate and let me know, but I still didn't get any response from them. I can't recommend www.kapruka.com.
This is really bad company in Sri Lanka.
