Alero Defect! Does your Oldsmobile start when it's warm?

My Alero has 10K miles on it and it won't start when it's warm. Does yours do the same? If so PLEASE e-mail me at rollthelemon@aol.com
I am going through litigations with an Attorney and the manufacturer. My Attorney feels that there is a "flaw" in the car due to the numerous complaints we've seen and has interest in a Class Action Suit. If you don't beleive me just go to www.carreview.com and search their site for "Alero Start Problem" and see what you get!!!
I personally have been to the Delaership FIVE times and they haven't ben able to fix the problem. They just tell me "Dealer Can Not Duplicate Condition." How many times have YOU heard that!
E-mail me with you case number with Oldsmobile Customer Service if possible. We all need to get together so we can prevent more people from getting stepped on by this Manufacturer!!!
