On 20 November I traded in a 98 GMC Jimmy for a 2004 Chevy Silverado. It was used with 30,000 miles on it when I bought it. It had a few scratches on it which I was promised in writing that they would fix them.
It never happened. They made a half attempt to buff them out. Also, I wasnt told there was only one set of keys with remote until after the deal was done. I asked to get the second set but they only gave me a copy of a key, not the remote.
Last night I get a bill in the mail from the lienholder of my GMC that the payment is due. It is over three weeks after the trade in and my other truck has not been paid off yet. When I went in to complain, they tell me what I want to hear and then never get back to me. Sorriest customer service I have ever seen.
