We had an accident and my fried took the car to the place where she bought it and takes it regularily for maintenance. The service promissed the car will be ready on monday Dec. 6th and they will callher. But they did not. When she called the departmet at the end of the day they told her it is not ready and it will be ready on the friday Dec. 10th. When she went there to pick the car the car was not ready agayn and they told her to come back on Tuesday Dec. 14.

Now thats is the ripp off! She takes time ffrom the work place with all inconveniances that action involves, goes there and all that to hear another lie.
That is where we need your help guys, to put a bad mark on theyr record as a service company and warn the other customers about they way of doing business.
I know that your acction will make some changes in their policy.
