Be careful with pods - PODS DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have paid pods to store a container for over a year. When you ask to move a unit they automatically charge you an additional storage fee of $249 no matter if you are already paid up for the montly fee. When our pod arrived we had mice in our leather furniture and boxes. We sprayed the unit and left D-con in it when we loaded the unit. You cannot keep mice out.
The customer service is horrible and they act like pawn brokers or enjoy telling you that you are just screwed. Their education level appears to be less than high school.

Please use one of the other providers and be ready for a fight until it is unloaded and picked up. Remember these are storage illiterates you are dealing with and they enjoy confrontation
