Phoenix remaufactured - transmissions (silverado industries) ripoff scammed ripped off deceptive dishonest stole my money

I sent my zf5hp30 out of my 1995 BMW 540I to these clowns 2 months ago and after AAMCO TRANSMISSIONS tried rippin me off first. I called and spoke with Andre and he assured me that they were master builders of the zf5hp30 transmission. I then spoke with "FRANK"... God Almighty of transmission rebuilders, who assured me that they had all the diagnostic tools and machines to test the valve body and also all the newest software updates. So i sent my transmission to them to be for a full "REBUILD". Not just to get it working again. $1695 (after Andre gave me $100 break so it would count on his pay period) and $260 for shipping.

3 weeks later after having my car sittin at the local transmission shop and being pushed in and out every day (now needs a paint job) the transmission returns. They install it, fill the fluid, and road test. MALFUNCTION!!! Same crap as when i sent it to them. Took it to my BMW dealer and the scanned it (speed sensor code). Replaced and $500 later it leaves the dealer and still not working and undiagnosable due to so many factors. I called PRT and told them i would be driving the car to them. Matt said he would open a spot on Dec6th so i drove from Minneapolis Mn to Phoenix Az 1650 miles and 24 hours in the seat. Great fun. Car goes in Dec 6th and im told it would be done that day possibly maybe wednesday, thursday worst case scenario.

I called Wednesday Dec 8th and was told i would be called back that day. Try callling there and getting anyone but the secretary. Here I sit in Az. Have interview Dec 13th in Mn. I got burned, they still have my car. Sad sad thing. All the owner could do when i was there is talk about his awesome cars. Bmw, Viper, Turbo Diesel truck, etc... This is gay. Thanks for nothing but a bunch of crap. I dont expect my car will be right when i get it back. Thanks for taking the time to view my complaint. Dont buy from phoenix remanufactured transmissions!!!
