Bad product and REALLY bad customer service

I have been caught in a PRT headache since Feb. 6

It took two BBB issues to obtain the dog owner to react!

The dog owner, Joe Kuperman, didn't return some of my telephone calls or react to my emails to solve this issue. I delivered their crap indication back again to them May 23- after weeks of issue after issue using the device... And delivered him an amiable note the poor unit had appeared and was within their fingers today. The system was said to be examined the next week to find out if it had been defective because of their mess. Well, that ended up to become another lie informed by this Kuperman personality! Go figure. After contacting and calling this person on the regular schedule, it ultimately got the Greater Business Bureau of Illinois to obtain Kuperman off his duff and cope with the problem.

He eventually decided to return $3000.00 that we have yet to determine. I've submitted a towards the Arizona Attorney General, therefore we will notice where that moves.

Google search phoenixhardparts, phoenix remanufactured transmissions and phoenix retrans (I want I'd completed this before coping with this location) and you'll observe that they've built up a significant terrible status. And of course countless BBB issues.

Don't work with phoenix remanufactured attacks!
