Rip-off!

Same song different verse. I ordered a Honda civic oil pan (50 dollars) in July. When I received the part it was completely wrong and I informed them after weeks of trying to get a hold of anyone. They reissued me a part but immediately called me to inform me it would cost an additional 50 dollars for some reason.

When I received the second oil pan (all the way from Alaska) it had multiple cracks and patches. Basically a $110 piece of garbage. Again after numerous calls, I got them to send me another oil pan. Weeks later I got an oil pan that belongs to a Chevy truck. After another set of numerous calls, I had them resend me the part. And you guessed it, THE WRONG PART AGAIN!

The whole process has taken over 5 months and in that time I have NEVER received a retuned call, and it is safe to say I have had to call hundreds of times to get a hold of anyone. Three weeks ago I told them I was finished and just wanted my money back, to which they agreed. To this day no refund and still no retuned calls. This company's mission is to simply evade customers and take their money. Stay away at all costs!
