I don't know if I'll ever be ordering from Merch'Now' ever again. The 3 previous times I have ordered have been fine, but this time. I'm actually pretty annoyed with the lack of email support and VERY SLOW service. I ordered a Capture The Crown sweater, and bought the OVERPRICED shipping '$13.25 2-3 Day' shipping. I read the FAQ in the Support Center, the 5 day processing window has come and passed. It's been 12 days and my order STILL hasn't even left the warehouse. Oh, funny thing though, THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE BANK ACCOUNT with no update on my order as to what is going on. I've leaving Sunday night for a spring break trip, and I likely won't have my crewneck by then. VERY disappointed. Thank you, MerchNEVER.
