Walmart-who is the customer and whose is the worker! I - do it yourself!

I want to know why we have to bag our own items in the check out lane. The first time I had to do that I thought I was at ALDIS. Then you don't even get a THANK YOU!!! Also the parking lot is so full, you cant get a disabled parking place. There is enough room to make some more.
