Customers Must Bag Own Items and Disabled Parking Is Full

I want to know why we have to bag our own items in the check out lane. The first time I had to do that I thought I was at Aldis. Then you don't even get a thank you!!! Also the parking lot is so full, you can't get a disabled parking place. There is enough room to make some more.
