The item I asked for collection. This prompted the sender to inform me he was worried about the cowboy who turned up.
This started a train of queries, all of which remained unanswered.
When one goes to their fine print it is impossible to trace an office address etc.
They behave like a bunch of con men. I would suggest that if you have difficulties get THE POLICE INVOLVED AND THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (VAT)
