RAND NEW FORD TERRITORY - Ford Territory {brand new}

My son and daughter in law just bought a brand new Ford Territory less than a month ago and the f... ing thing keeps breaking down and they have taken it back to be repaired and the f... ing thing is still breaking down. They have contacted the customer service about this and the Ford customer service said to them virtually "bad luck". W.T. F? I new they should have bought a holden instead. They are hard workers who have taken out a loan to buy this so called magnificent car. If customer service or the Ford dealership don't do something about this immediately then they have no options but to go to the media or Fair trading. Get your act together now Ford people as they need their car for work and if that is not the case you should at least be giving them a car so they can get around. You advertise on tele just how good the Territory is so why don't you say what you mean. Personally I told them to buy the Holden because Fords are shit. I have just proven my point by this and I would personally prefer that a new Territory be given to them. Not impressed with you at all Ford Company. Dare you to reply to me.
