Disreputable company - avoid! - Bloom-Ex

This company received a failing grade from CBC's Marketplace, but I didn't know that when I ordered from them! What I received did not look like the original order photo at all: not the right colour nor the right number of flowers! Did you know they can exchange a fern froth in place of flowers??!!! Too bad we can't upload photos on this site, for you to see for yourself what a rip-off Avoid them at all costs!!!
