This company scams both the customers and employees. Pyramid Towing has been known to double charge customers for the same tow. Customers vehicles are not properly cared for because the drivers are too tired. There have been employees who have only gotten two days off a month. The employees were forced to sleep at the office. The only people allowed to use heat or air is the owner, his son, or the secretary (the owner is cheating on his wife with the secretary). The heat and air are turned off at night while the employees are there. The drivers aren't allowed to sleep as long as there is a call so they may go 24 hours without sleep or even longer. If an employee has an accident, due to being tired, the company doesn't care.

They put the driver right back in the truck to drive again. They make the driver pay for damages to the customers vehicles even thought the contract (signed by the customer) states that the company is not liable for damages. This company got into trouble for grand theft auto. They also do not pay taxes.
