I ordered on line car plastic restoring product. I wanted just th the product and agreed to pay cost and shipping and handling came to $20.00 plus change. However my final payment showed 42.00 plus change. Kept trying to go back and stop the additional items and charges. Could not, the next thing I knew the order was finalized. Call Customer service, can not help me. Its not on their computer, but a completed Invoice and shipping order is in my email. Can not get hold of them by computer, by phone they are closed for the week end. 24 hours cancellation plus they will keep the shipping and handling, which is over half the order with the unwanted items on the order. I feel this is a scam to get additional charges added to honest American People who want to do busness with this exploting and misleading company. I am taking additional steps by to stop this from happening to my fellow american by also contacting the great State of Texas Attorney Generals office with a additional complaint, and filing with the US Attorney generals office in Washington.

I want people to know how this company is trying to mislead and explote the public, and to put a stop to this corrupt business practice.
