Failure of electronic parts

Cars & Transport

I have experiences to share concerning our 2003 Anniversary edition corvette. At 11,297 miles the drivers power window failed. The repair cost was $601.97. At 11,881 miles the telescopic steering wheel and the drivers memory seat module failed. The repair cost $2270.17, of which we paid $872.80. Now, at 23,219 miles the Active handling brake system failed. The repair cost was $4001.76. I contacted Chevy Customer Assistance and after talking to 4 different reps. Was told since the vehicle was 10 years old, they could offer no assistance. They never got the mileage factor, nor could they tell me at what mileage these systems normally fail. No one seemed to grasp the concept that classic cars are SUPPOSED to have age and low miles. No one thought it odd that systems were failing with low milage. I'm mad and thoroughly disgusted that I can't get any satisfaction concerning this matter.
