Toll Violation

I received a notice from Business declaring I'd a Cost Breach. The one thing I get from their store is definitely an Business Bill. Since I have didn't go-anywhere near this cost area (Baltimore, Maryland) I can not think they're only arbitrarly getting me this charge without any evidence that my rental-car was actually there. IS BUSINESS SLAPPING JUST ANY CUSTOMER USING THEIR TOLL CHARGES WITHOUT PROOF THEY HAVE THE RIGHT RENTAL??? Clearly there is no EZ Pass system on my rental therefore for that condition to cost Business and Business to come quickly to me, I have to visit a old license plate image on my rental in the Cost area. If Business will cost me they require evidence the vehicle was exactly the same one I had been operating having a photo. Normally they're simply moving on the cost breach to clients without problem for thier client. You-can't simply deliver a reciept and believe that is authorized.
