I was referred to Joe Hudson"s Collision Repair in Ft Walton Beach through Quality Import Mercedes Benz for a minor car repair. Quality was also happy to rent me a car from an Enterprise rental car located on their lot. Over the next 16 days I repeated attempted to get my car repaired and returned. The part was always coming or the car was currently being worked on and would be ready in a few hours. I didn't think Mercedes Benz was unable to get parts out for 13 days! On day 16 I had had enough and told both Quality and Joe Hudson to do whatever they had to do to put the car together so I could have it towed elsewhere for an actual repair. Miraculously it was ready. I was stuck with a repair bill 50% higher than estimated and a car rental of 16 days.
