Cody Call of TBT Racing NorCal ripped me off and ditched my motorcycle on the side of Auburn Blvd

I introduced my Yamaha YZ250F to Cody Phone at TBT Sporting NorCal to get a number of providers. I'd recognized Cody over 15years and thought i knew him nicely. No issues till he explained my fuel-tank abruptly devoloped an enormous break after being in his look for almost annually (along period he'd my bicycle wasn't an issue when I taken care of presumed components and support in payments) and he simply discovered my rear shock was taken out. He provided no description for my broken fuel-tank apart from asking me easily had quit it within the sunlight, which created no feeling because it have been in his storage for that previous year.

Cody refused my demands he substitute my fuel-tank, repair my bicycle, and provide me my outstanding paperwork. Furtunately, Cody hasn't wanted to interact me in another text battle.
