Buyers Beware, Buyers Beware, Buyers Beware!

I recently had to replace my third ring and pinion in my truck. I have a 2007 Dodge Ram with 105,000 miles on it. I called Randy's Ring and Pinion to order the third replacement gears. I installed the parts at my facility and when the old parts were received by Randy's, I was called on the phone. When Dale started talking to me he informed me that his mechanic has determined I abused the truck and therefore would not have my parts warrantied. I explained that in 105,000 miles I have had to replace three of the ring and pinions from Randy's. Needless to say I did become irrate and have decided to file a lawsuit against this company for the crap they attempt to do. I told Dale to send my parts back so I could take them down to the Dodge delearship and let them tell me what I already know. The parts are junk, the staff is ignorant and I do not recommend anyone uses their company for anything other then paper weights!!!
