Paid off vehicle but title delayed three months

I purchased a vehicle from Westlake. Everything was ok until I paid off the vehicle. They delayed my pinkslip or title of the car three months. When I called the office they were rude and said they had already sent it. When I asked to speak to a manager the lady said "don't worry about it". Since I tried to complain I think Westlake is going to prolong the procedure.
