Refusal to honor auto extended warranty agreement.

Vehicle was brought in for repair. C.A.R.S. Will only pay $140 out of an $1900 repair bill. Repairs/parts appear to be covered by extended warranty. I have made several calls as well as sent a letter to c.A.R. S regarding this matter with no resolution offered.
