Power-steering worked on FOUR times and still isn't fix - 2006 chevy impala

I had my power-steering worked on FOUR times and still isn't fix. They keep eating the cost to go under the hood to replace the rack & pinion and pump. My power steering hoses have leak twice after their work was done. Management seems not to mind so i guess I'm gong to find the district manager and see if i can get a different result. Stay far far far away from this shop. One other point to make. The people who work on your car, chances are will not be there in six months which has been my case 4 times over the last 2yrs.
