Incomplete costume sent, lies told. Ripoff

I ordered a Harley Quinn costume from this company and when I received it it was missing the gloves.

I communicated with them a dozen times and was once told they would send me replacement gloves, then called me two days later saying they would not send me the gloves.

I was also told I would get a $10 refund, but then they changed their minds and gave me about $5.

By the time they first promised to fix the problem the costume was sold out everywhere so I could not return the item and get it elsewhere.

There are many other online costume stores out there, even if costumecraze has a slightly cheaper price, do not use them.
