Big City Pizza and Subs Late and / or Incomplete Food Delivery

I consider myself to be a frequent customer over the past two years with this merchant from Greensboro NC. I only live a mile or so away, but my food deliveries would typically arrive well after 30 minutes of order time, sometimes as late as an hour and a half. Or the order would be incomplete, necessitating a wait for the delivery driver to return with the missing items. To be fair, I usually was able to get the missing item and there have been times where a driver would arrive within 20 minutes (rare). Even when I prepay the order plus delivery fee and tip for the driver, the order would be late or incomplete on a frequent basis.
