Blackjack Pizza Delivery and Customer Service - Blackjack Pizza

I ordered a pizza tonight and called the company and hour and a half after i ordered it to see when it would arrive and they told me ten more minutes. I waited another half hour before calling back and when i did they told me that the delivery guy came and called me multiple times and left messages but that i never picked up. I never receive a single call and i know my phone was working because i was getting texts at the time. When i told the manager this he just got angry and was not at all helpful. Terrible delivery time and customer service. I will never order pizza from Black Jacks again.
